Nejdříve se věnuji historickému kontextu, především po druhé světové válce, umožňujícímu lépe pochopit migrační minulost autorky a vnitřní pochody jejích, autobiografickými zážitky motivovaných, postav. Dílo autorky je dále pojednáno i v kontextu interkulturní literatury. Hlavním cílem je pak analýza jejího románu Berg, přičemž se zaměřuji na česko-německé vztahy, resp. slovensko-rakouské vztahy. Kniha bude zařazena k románovému žánru, přičemž bude poukázáno na její výrazné novelistické a dramatické prvky. Součástí práce je i srovnání románu s divadelní a filmovou adaptací a poukázání na jejich nejdůležitější rozdíly. I am dealing with the novel Berg from the Slovak-Austria author Zdenka Becker in this bachelor thesis. I am occupying with the historical especially after the World War first of all. This enables us to understand better to the migration history of the writer and to her characters that are inspirated by her autobiographical experiences. The novel is treated in the context of the intercultural literature. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the novel Berg with putting stress on Czech-German relations or rather on by Slovak-Austrian relations. The book is classified as the novel and I am mentioning its noticeable novelistic and dramatic elements. I am also comparing the book with the dramatization and film adaptation and I am dealing with the most important differences between them.
