[rukopis] / Aleš Dvořák. -- 2014. -- 78 l., [10] l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Jaroslav Rokoský. -- Abstrakt: Tato práce se věnuje případu kurýra CIC Josefa Kocha a jeho spolupracovníků Karla Zahrádky, Josefa Schustera, Otto Hampeka a Jaroslava Bímy, kteří se na jaře roku 1948 připojili k odboji proti nově nastoupivšímu komunistickému režimu. Je zde sledován nejen průběh protistátní činnosti členů skupiny kolem Josefa Kocha, ale také jejich zatčení, soudní proces, věznění a konečně i život po propuštění včetně soudní rehabilitace všech odsouzených. Cílem práce není jen uceleně a chronologicky popsat tento soudní případ, ale rovněž ho i zasadit do širších souvislostí a kontextu daného období naší historie. Diskutovaná je zde i problematika únorového převratu 1948, následná emigrace politických činitelů československé národně socialistické strany, vznik tajné zpravodajské služby CIC, a také problematika komunistického vězeňství 50. let.. -- Abstrakt: This diploma thesis deals with the case of a CIC courier Josef Koch and his co-workers Karel Zahrádka, Josef Schuster, Otto Hampek and Jaroslav Bíma who joined the resistence against the reign of the Czechoslovak communist party in the spring of 1948. The author focuses not only on the anti-regime activities of the above mentioned persons, but also on their arrest, the following judicial process, their imprisonment and finally their release and the subsequent life, including their eventual judicial rehabilitation. Besides dealing with the chronological description of the case, the author also tries to set this case into broader context of this particular historical period. Other themes discussed in this thesis are the issue of the communist coup d´état in Czechoslovakia in the late February 1948, the following emigration of some high-positioned Czechoslovak national socialist party representatives, the founding of the secret intelligence service CIC and the issue of the communist prison service system in Czechoslovakia during the 1950´s.
