Snovací aparát pavouka druhu Zorocrates guerrensis (Araneae: Zorocratidae) [rukopis] / Barbora Lišková. -- 2014. -- 47 l. : il., tabulky + 1 CD-ROM. -- Ved. práce Jaromír Hajer. -- Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem snovacího aparátu pavouka druhu Zorocrates guerrensis, který je prozatím málo prozkoumaný a tudíž snaha bakalářské práce je pomoc při objasnění stavby a složení snovacího aparátu. Výzkum zahrnuje jednak popis stavby snovacího aparátu samců a samic již zmíněného druhu a jejich případné rozdíly, jednak disekce a následný popis jednotlivých žláz uložených v abdomenu. Součástí výzkumu je také stanovení optimálního postupu disekce tak, aby zůstávaly žlázy nepoškozeny a tvorba trvalých preparátů. Během celého výzkumu je pořizována fotodokumentace. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky metod.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor's thesis deal with the study of the spinning apparatus of the spider species Zorocrates guerrensis, which is for the moment little explored and therefore the effort of bachelor's thesis is to help to clarify the structure ant composition of the spinning apparatus. The research includes for one thing a description of the construction of the spinning apparatus of males and females the forementioned species and their differences, for one thing the dissection and subsequent description of the glands stored in the abdomen. Part of the research is also to determine the optimal method of dissection so that they remain intact glands and the creation of permanent preparations. During the research are being acquired photographs. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the results of the methods.
