Zabývá se charakteristikou lavinové problematiky, stručnou historií a bezpečnostními aspekty. V hlavní části práce je popsána teoretická část lavinové problematiky. Zpracována je také lavinová prevence a záchrana z laviny, zejména pomocí lavinového vyhledávače. Práce je doplněna digitální prezentací.. -- Abstrakt: Abstract Avalanche prevention and rescue This thesis aims at the avalanche prevention and rescue in the context of ski touring. The work begins with the ski touring definition, its history, forms and safety aspects are also briefly discussed. The theory of avalanches is described in great detail. The main part of this work is dedicated to the ski touring equipment, especially from the avalanche safety point of view, and to the avalanche prevention. The avalanche rescue techniques follow with emphasis on use of avalanche beacons. The thesis is accompanied by digital presentation.
