Dále charakterizujeme mentální postižení, jeho stupně a konkrétní diagnózy. V praktické části seznamujeme s výzkumným šetřením, které bylo provedeno v týdenním stacionáři Dobromysl pro klienty s kombinovaným postižením v Srbči. Zkoumaný vzorek činil 9 klientů. Strategii kinezioterapie jsme experimentálně ověřovali po dobu tří let. Soubor dalších terapeutických strategií jsme ověřovali po dobu 4 měsíce. Výsledky ukázaly, že terapeutické strategie mají přínosný vliv pro klienty s mentálním postižením.. -- Abstrakt: In the theoretical part of the bachelor paper, specific therapeutic methods suitable for mentally disabled clients are defined. Also mental disorders, their degrees and specific diagnoses are described here. Research investigations which were carried out at the weekly social welfare institute Dobromysl in Srbeč, specializing in clients with combined handicap, is introduced in the practical part of the paper. Research sample consisted of nine clients. We have experimentally tested the kinesiotherapy strategy for the duration of three years. A set of other therapeutic methods was tested for the duration of four months. The results show that therapeutic methods are highly beneficial for mentally disabled clients.
