Poznámky Lic. smlouva Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce zpracována na téma "Institucionální rámec Evropské unie a Lisabonská smlouva" je rozdělena na tři dílčí časti. První z nich se zaměřuje na představení jednotlivých institucí Evropské unie, jejich historickému vývoji a pravomocím, jenž jednotlivé instituce daným vývojem dosáhly. Další část se týká hlavních změn, které přináší Lisabonská smlouva do popisovaných institucí. Zde byly analyzovány dopady změn jak na fungování popisovaného institucionálního rámce, tak na fungování celé Evropské unie. Závěr práce je věnován případové studii hodnotící dopad jedné z institucionálních změn na hlasovací systém v Evropské radě. Ukáže, jak se tato změna v hlasovacím systému projeví v praktické snaze státu (v našem případě České republiky) hájit své zájmy v nejvýznamnější instituci Evropské unie. The topic of the following bachelor thesis is "The Institutional Framework of the European Union and the Lisbon Treaty". It is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the introduction of the individual institutions of the EU, their historical evolution and the competences these institutions have acquired during their evolution process. The following part deals with the major changes which the Lisbon Treaty brings to the described institutions. Herein, the consequences of changes are analysed on the functioning of the described institutional framework as well as on the functioning of the entire EU. The final part of the thesis presents a case study evaluating the consequence of certain intuitional change on the voting system in the European Council. It shows how such change of the voting system takes effect in the practical effort of a country (of Czech Republic in this case) to protect its interests at the most significant institution of the EU.
