Hermann Hesses Siddhartha und das Buddha-Bild in Europa um die Jahrhundertswende [rukopis] / Zuzana Vondrová. -- 2010. -- 35 l. -- Ved. práce Filip Charvát. -- Autor neodevzdal lic. smlouvu. -- Abstrakt: Tématem bakalářské práce je vztah Hermanna Hesseho k Indii a východním náboženstvím. Práce analyzuje jeho dílo Siddhartha a soustředí se především na buddhistické elementy, které se zde vyskytují. To je ukázáno na srovnání života historického Buddhy s hlavním hrdinou Siddharthou, dále pak na rozboru výstavby románu a dalších příkladech. Cílem práce je zjistit, do jaké míry je Hesseho Siddhartha ovlivněn buddhistickou filozofií. Pozornost je také zaměřena na vlivy dalších východních náboženství, například taoismu. To se objevuje především v druhé části románu, kde se myšlenky taoismu odrážejí na postavě převozníka Vasudevy a řeky, která zde slouží jako metafora pro jednotu všech jevů.Postava Siddharthy však nemá představovat zástupce nějakého konkrétního náboženství, toto dílo se spíše koncentruje na to podstatné, co všechny kultury spojuje, na hledání absolutní pravdy.. -- Abstrakt: The issue of this work was the relation between Hermann Hesse, India and the eastern religions. This work analyses Hesse´s Siddhartha and emphases the buddistic elements, which occurs within this book. It is demonstrated by a comparative study between the life of the historic Buddha and the main figure Siddhartha, as well as the consideration of the works composition. The objection of the work was to find out, how far Hesse?s Siddhartha was influenced by the buddistic philosophy. Part of the consideration was the influence of other Asian religion, as well, e.g. the Taoism. The latter appears especially in the second part of the roman, which is shown by the figure of the ferryman Vasudevy and the river, which symbolized metaphorically the unity of all things. The result was, that Hesse´s Siddhartha should not be result of the influence of one religion, furthermore it concentrate on the essential connection between all humans and cultures, the search of the final truth.
