Úvod práce nastoluje základní problém - vertebrogenní onemocnění. Přehled teoretických poznatků má dvě části, obecnou a speciální. V obecné části najdeme definici onemocnění, anatomii a kineziologii páteře s důrazem na krční oblast, příčiny vzniku vertebrogenních onemocnění a kliniku některých syndromů. Část speciální se věnuje komplexní rehabilitaci, léčebným metodám a postupům, které lze využít při terapii vertebrogenních poruch. Kazuistika je součástí hlavní části, najdeme zde základní údaje klienta, popis vyšetření, návrh krátkodobého rehabilitačního plánu, realizaci léčebné rehabilitace a dlouhodobý rehabilitační program. Závěr hodnotí výsledky rehabilitace a shrnuje danou problematiku.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis deals with problems of vertebrogennal disorders in the area of cervical spine. The introduction presents basic problems of vertebrogennal diseases. The survay of theoretical resources is devided in two parts: general and specific. The former includes the definition of disease, anatomy and kinesiology of spine with particular attention to the cervical area, reasons of rise of vertebrogennal diseases and clinical description of some syndromes. The latter describes the comprehensive physiotherapy, medical methods and treatments that can be applied in the therapy of vertebrogennal disorders. The main part consists of case reports where client basic data, process of examination, proposal of short time physiotherapy program, implementation of medical physiotherapy and long time physiotherapy plan can be found. The conclusion evaluates results achieved by applied physiotherapy and summarizes the stipulated issue.
