Obsahuje informace o azylové a integrační problematice v ČR a v rámci EU, dále statistická data o vývoji počtu žadatelů o azyl a uznaných azylantech. Hlavním cílem práce jeidentifikace vnitřních a vnějších překážek, které nejvíce komplikují zapojení azylantů na trhu práce. Druhým cílem práce je zhodnocení projektů nevládních neziskových organizací realizovaných na podporu integrace azylantů na trh práce v Ústeckém kraji. Pro naplnění cílů práce byly využity metody kvalitativního výzkumu.. -- Abstrakt: This paper - The integration of recognized refugees at the Labour Market in Ústí nad Labem district contains the information about the framework of asylum and integration process in the CZ and at the EU level, statistics about the numbers of asylum seekers and recognized refugees. The main target is the identification of inequalities of recognized refugees complicationg their labour participation. The second target is the evalutation of the projects implemented by Non-governemental non-profit organizations in the Ústí nad Labem district. The methods of the qualitative research were used to meet the targets.
