Amyotrofická laterální skleróza je degenerativní onemocnění nervového systému, které je způsobeno odumíráním motorických buněk mozku a míchy. Jde o onemocnění s progresivním zánikem motoneuronů předních rohů míšních, kortexu, jader motorických hlavových nervů v bulbární oblasti a degenerací motorické kortikospinální dráhy. Obecná část mé práce zahrnuje popis anatomie nervového systému, definici onemocnění, příčiny vzniku, klinické formy, klinické projevy, diagnostiku a také farmakologickou léčbu ALS. Speciální část se zaměřuje především na komplexní fyzioterapii, do které jsem zařadila fyzikální terapii a fyzioterapii. Dále se v této části věnuji speciálním fyzioterapeutickým postupům, ergoterapii, logopedii a také psychologické a sociální problematice nemoci. Všechny tyto metody a terapie by mohli přispět ke zpomalení progrese ALS. V hlavní části práce představím svou pacientku, u které byla diagnostikována ALS. Tato část zahrnuje její anamnézu, vstupní i výstupní vyšetření a rehabilitaci. Po této části následuje závěr, kde se budu snažit zhodnotit výsledky své práce a také to, jak jsem splnila její cíle a úkoly.. -- Abstrakt: The theme of my bachelor thesis is "The Physiotherapy by Clients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis" (further only ALS). Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is a degenerative disease of the nervous system which is caused by the mortification of motor cells of the brain and spinal cord. It is a disease with a progressive degeneration of motor neurons of the front corners of spinal cord, cortex, cores of motor head nerves in the bulbar area and degeneration of the motor corticospinal tract. The general part of my work includes the description of the anatomy of the nervous system, the definition of the disease, the causes, clinical forms, clinical symptoms, diagnostics and also pharmacological treatment of the ALS. The special part deals especially with complex physiotherapy, where I have included physical therapy and physiotherapy. I also deal with special physiotherapeutic procedures, ergotherapy, logopaedia and also psychological and social issues connected with this disease. All these methods and procedures could contribute to slowing down the progress of ALS. In the main part of my work, I shall introduce my patient who has been diagnosed ALS. This part includes her anamnesis, initial and final check-up and rehabilitation. After this part, the conclusion follows where I shall try to evaluate the results of my work and also how I have reached its aims and fulfilled its tasks.
