Note Ved. práce Lucie Libešová. Oponent Aneta Hujová Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku péče o pacienty s tracheostomií na oddělení následné intenzivní péče. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky o indikacích, technikách provedení a komplikacích spojených s tracheostomií, přičemž se věnuje také specifikům ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty. Praktická část je zpracována formou dvou kazuistik - ženy a muže s tracheostomickou kanylou - a sleduje rozdíly v jejich potřebách, prožívání nemoci a adaptaci na změnu zdravotního stavu. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat průběh hospitalizace, identifikovat aktuální a potenciální ošetřovatelské problémy a popsat konkrétní ošetřovatelské intervence. Výsledky ukazují na nezbytnost individuálního a komplexního přístupu, který zohledňuje jak fyziologické, tak psychické a sociální aspekty péče. Práce zároveň potvrzuje důležitost edukace pacientů i jejich rodin pro zajištění bezpečného přechodu do domácí péče. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of nursing care for patients with a tracheostomy in a long-term intensive care unit. The theoretical part summarizes essential information regarding the indications, techniques, and complications associated with tracheostomy, while also addressing specific aspects of nursing care for these patients. The practical part presents two case studiesa female and a male patient with a tracheostomy cannulaand explores differences in their needs, experiences of illness, and adaptation to changes in health status. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the course of hospitalization, identify current and potential nursing problems, and describe appropriate nursing interventions. The results highlight the importance of an individualized and holistic approach that takes into account physiological, psychological, and social aspects of care.
