Ved. práce Aneta Hujová Abstract Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta po zlomenině dolní končetiny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii dolní končetiny, typům zlomenin a představení nejčastějších typů osteosyntéz pro jednotlivé zlomeniny, především nejčastější komplikace, způsoby hojení operačních ran a zlomenin. Dále je vysvětlen základní princip funkčního modelu zdraví podle Marjory Gordonové a podstata ošetřovatelského procesu. Cílem práce bylo poukázat na obtížnost a nutnost právě individuálního přístupu k péči o pacienty po zlomenině dolní končetiny, kteří jsou hospitalizováni na Klinice úrazové chirurgie v Masarykově nemocnici. V praktické části jsou zpracovány dvě případové studie u pacientů po operačním řešení zlomeniny femuru. Díky vlastním zkušenostem získaným na Klinice úrazové chirurgie v Masarykově nemocnici a výsledkům získaným v průběhu bakalářské práce bylo zjištěno, že je především nutný individuální přístup ke všem pacientům, protože i přes stejnou lékařskou diagnózu jako měli například oba pacienti v kazuistikách mohou vyžadovat jinou ošetřovatelskou péči. Výběrem zpracovaných kazuistik se nám podařilo poukázat na složitost a nutnost individuálního přístupu k jednotlivým pacientům. The bachelor's thesis is focused on nursing care of a patient after a fracture of the lower limbs. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the anatomy of the lower limbs, types of fractures and presentation of the most common types of osteosynthesis for individual fractures, especially the most common complications, methods of healing surgical wounds and fractures. Furthermore, the basic principle of the functional model of health according to Marjora Gordon and the essence of the nursing process are explained. The aim of the work was to point out the difficulty and the necessity of an individual approach to the care of patients after a fracture of the lower limb, who are hospitalized at the Trauma Surgery Clinic at the Masaryk Hospital. In the practical part, two case studies of patients after surgical treatment of femur fractures are processed. Thanks to my own experience gained at the Clinic of Traumatic Diseases at the Masaryk Hospital and the results obtained during my bachelor thesis, it was found that an individual approach to all patients is primarily necessary, because despite the same medical surgery, as for example the two patients in the case studies may require different nursing care.
