Oponent Arnošt Smolík Abstract Diplomová práce s názvem "Školní zralost a připravenost z pohledu poradenských pracovníků ve školství" je tematicky orientována na problematiku školní zralosti a její diagnostiky, se zvláštním zřetelem na cílovou skupinu žáků se sociálním znevýhodněním. Teoretická část vychází z aktuálních poznatků v oblasti poskytování poradenských služeb ve školách a školských poradenských zařízeních, činnosti školských poradenských zařízení a školních poradenských pracovišť, problematiky školní zralosti a připravenosti, jejich hodnocení a metod využívaných v dané oblasti. Pozornost je rovněž věnována problematice sociálního vyloučení a sociálního znevýhodnění ve vzdělávání. V praktické části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumného šetření zacíleného na analýzu metod a postupů využívaných v rámci diagnostiky školní zralosti a připravenosti, analýzu navrhovaných mechanismů podpory u žáků diagnostikovaných jako školně nezralých nebo nepřipravených, či postupů využívaných již v rámci poskytované podpory. Data byla získávána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky školských poradenských zařízení a školních poradenských pracovišť. Výstupem práce jsou strukturovaná doporučení pro praxi poradenských pracovníků v dané oblasti. This thesis called "School Maturity and School Readiness from the Perspective of Counselors in Education" occupies with the issue of school maturity and its diagnostics, with special regard to the target group of students with social disadvantages. The theoretical part is based on current knowledge in the provision of counseling services in schools and school counseling facilities, the activities of school counseling facilities and school counseling staffs, issues of school maturity and readiness, their evaluation and methods used in the field.the attention is dedicated to the issue of social exclusion and social disadvantage in education. The practical part of the thesis presents the results of a qualitatively oriented research aimed at analyzing the methods and procedures used in diagnosing school maturity and readiness, analysis of proposed support mechanisms for school immature or unprepared, or procedures used in their support. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with counselors of school counseling facilities. The conclusion of this thesis are recommendations for the practice of counselors in the field.
