Oponent Kateřina Valešová Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá "Problematikou sociální práce na oddělení hmotné nouze Úřadu práce České republiky". Cílem práce je identifikace postavení a role sociální práce v popisu a specifikaci pracovní pozice referenta sociálního pracovníka na Úřadu práce České republiky. Dále má přiblížit jakým způsobem a v jaké míře je na tomto vybraném kontaktním pracovišti výkon sociální práce uskutečňován. Výzkum byl proveden na kontaktním pracovišti Úřadu práce v Jirkově, kde byly uskutečněny polostandardizované rozhovory. Od dotazovaných sociálních pracovníků a referentů byly získány odpovědi na otázky týkající se výkonu sociální práce na oddělení hmotné nouze vybraného kontaktního pracoviště, které jsou v bakalářské práci interpretovány. Zároveň zpracováním tohoto tématu je poukázáno na to, že v současné době, cca 5 let od sociální reformy, se již na Úřadu práce České republiky daří sociálním pracovníkům a referentům uplatňovat sociální práci při práci s klienty, kteří pobírají dávky pomoci v hmotné nouzi. The bachelor thesis deals with " The Issue of social work at the department of material deprivation of the office work of the Czech Republic". The aim of the thesis is to identify the position and role of social work in the description and specification of the job position of the referent - social worker at the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. Thesis explain how and to what extent the performance of social work is carried out at this selected contact point. The research was carried out at the contact office of the Labor Office in Jirkov, where semi-standardized interviews were carried out. Respondents from the interviewed social workers and referents received answers to questions about the performance of social work in the department of the material need of the selected contact point, which is interpreted in the bachelor thesis. At the same time, the elaboration of this topic points out that, at present, about 5 years after the social reform, the Social Workers and Referees are already working at the Labor Office of the Czech Republic to apply for social work when working with clients who receive benefits in material need.
