Vedoucí práce Tomáš Siviček Abstract Cílem práce je zanalyzovat inovační aktivitu ve vybrané firmě a zhodnotit její dopady na finanční ukazatele. Pro analýzu byla zvolena firma České filtry, s. r. o., která se zabývá výrobou filtračních elementů pro filtraci do různých odvětví, jako je např. strojírenství, automobilový průmysl apod. Na základě deskriptivní statistiky byla provedena analýza finančních ukazatelů ukazatel rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti a likvidity a její výsledky jsou presentovány. Závěrem práce je celkové zhodnocení a doporučení pro firmu jak nejlépe postupovat v dalších letech. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the innovation activity in a selected company and to evaluate its impacts on financial indicators of the organization. This bachelor paper focuses on the analysis of České Filtry, ltd., which produces filtration elements for filtrations for various branches of industry such as engineering, automotive, etc. Based on descriptive statistics, the analysis of the following financial indicators has been carried out - profitability, activity, indebtedness and liquidity - and its results are presented in the paper.
