Důraz byl kladen na propojení bank a pojišťoven v oblasti hypotečních úvěrů, kde zajištění rizik hraje významnou roli. Výsledku jsme dosáhli komparací jednotlivých bankopojistných produktů s klasickými pojistnými produkty. Z výsledku srovnání lze jasně určit, pro koho je bankopojištění výhodné a za jakých podmínek. Na základě zjištěných údajů má čtenář ucelený obraz problematiky a informace nutné pro kvalitní rozhodnutí.. -- Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to acquaint the reader with the practical use of bancassurance in the financial market for the client. Emphasis was placed on the interconnection of banks and insurance companies in mortgage loans where the ensuring of risks plays an important role. The result was obtained with the comparison of individual bancassurance products with traditional insurance products. From the comparison result can be clearly identified for whom the bancassurance is advantageous and under what conditions. Based on the collected data reader has a comprehensive picture of the issue and the information necessary for quality decisions.
