Souběžný název v anglickém jazyce Abstract Cílem této práce je reflektovat odlišné názory vybraných aktérů sporu o prolomení územních limitů těžby hnědého uhlí v okrese Most. V první části se práce věnuje koncepcím, jež výrazně ovlivňují pohled jedince i společnosti na problematiku prolomení limitů, přibližuje určité právní normy, upravující těžbu nerostných surovin na území Česka a vysvětluje příčiny stanovení územních limitů těžby hnědého uhlí v severních Čechách a na Sokolovsku. V praktické části se práce věnuje reflexi názorů vybraných aktérů sporu o prolomení limitů v okrese Most a faktorům, jež zúčastněné aktéry v náhledu na problematiku ovlivňují. The main goal of the thesis is to reflect different views of the representatives of dispute over breaking through region limits of coal mining at the district of the city Most. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the conception that markedly influenced the view of the individual and the community on problems of breaking through the region limits. It also brings the rules of minig in the Czech republic nearer. The thesis also explains reasons of determination of region limits of coal mining in North Bohemia and Sokolov city district. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to the reflection of different opinions of the representatives of dispute over breaking through region limits of coal mining at the district of the city Most and at the same time to the factors that influenced the representatives in their point of view.
