Jejím obsahem je předložení informací z dohledaných odborných plnotextů, které jsou uspořádány dle roku výzkumu a souhrně mezi sebou porovnány a vyhodnoceny. Pro zpracování rešerší byly zadány požadavky a to za období posledních 4 let. Dále byly zadány klíčová slova: posuzování, akutní zmatenost, pooperační delirium a senior. Analýzou bylo zjištěno, že existuje víc než 10 hodnotících nástrojů pro posouzení a diagnostiku akutní zmatenosti/deliria. Zaměřila jsem se na pooperační delirium diagnostikované nástoji: Confusion Assessment Method (CAM), The Confusion Assessment Method for the Intestive Care Unit (CAM-ICU), česká verze testu CAM-ICUcz. Jednotlivé studie byly analyzovány v českém, slovenském a i ve světovém zdravotnictví. Mezi nejčastěji využívané nástroje pro posouzení deliria ve světě patří: Confusion Assessment Method (CAM), The Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU), NEECHAM Confusion Scale, Delirium Observation Screening Scale (DOSS), Nursing Delirium Screening Scale (Nu-DESC), Confusion Rating Scale (CRS), Delirium Rating Scale (DRS), Memorial Delirium Assessment Scale (MDAS) a Intensive Care Delirium Screening Checklist (ICDSCH). V podmínkách českého a slovenského ošetřovatelství to jsou Confusion Assessment Method (CAM), česká verze testu CAMICU (CAM-ICUcz). Dále práce poskytuje informace o definici, formách, příčinách, prevenci, průběhu, následné péči a léčbě, nedílnou součástí je diferenciální diagnostika, diagnostická kritéria a testy, na základě kterých je výzkum proveden. This review bachelor thesis presents the results of tests related to postoperative delirium, which are published in Czech and foreign sources. Its content is the presentation of information of identified professional full texts, which are arranged by year of research and collectively among themselves compared and evaluated. For information retrieval requirements were specified and for the last 4 years. Furthermore, the specified keywords: assessment, acute confusion, delirium and postoperative senior. Analysis indicated that there are more than 10 evaluation tools for assessing and diagnosing acute confusion / delirium. I focused on postoperative delirium diagnosed tools: Confusion Assessment Method (CAM), The Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM- ICU), Czech version of the test CAM-ICUcz. The individual studies were analyzed in the Czech, Slovak and even in the world of health.
