V teoretické části je popsán proces lakování automobilové karoserie a vady laku, které při tomto procesu mohou vzniknout. V praktické části je použita databáze měření struktury laku pro různá porovnání, která ukazují význam těchto měření. Dále je v práci posuzován vliv jednotlivých faktorů na výslednou strukturu laku. Jak velký dopad má textura a drsnost plechů, jaký je vliv jednotlivých složek nátěrového systému a jaký vliv má aplikační technika a její nastavení. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje shrnutí výsledků a doporučení. This bachelor thesis deals with the surface quality of the painted car body focusing on the paint structure. In the theoretical part is described the process of painting car body and the paint defects which can occur during this process. In the practical part the database of paint structure measurements is used for various comparisons which show the importance of these measurements. The work also assessed the influence of particular factors on the resulting paint structure. How big is the impact of the texture and roughness of the sheet steel what is the influence of particular components of the paint system and what is the influence of application technology and its setting.
