Note Ved. práce Hana Plachá Abstract Tématem předkládané bakalářské práce je ?Role sestry v primární edukaci u pacientů se syndromem diabetické nohy?. Diabetes mellitus se stal civilizační chorobou a je velkým zdravotním problémem nejen pro nemocného, ale i pro celou společnost. O diabetu mellitu a jeho komplikacích se mluví dnes a denně, proto by každý, kdo se pohybuje ve zdravotnickém prostředí, měl znát základní informace o této problematice. Práce je zaměřena především na komplexní popsání problematiky syndromu diabetické nohy za pomoci odborné literatury, dále na popis dotazníkového průzkumu a přehledné zobrazení výsledků dotazníkového průzkumu. Teoretická část, která je úvodem do problematiky syndromu diabetické nohy, je věnována onemocnění diabetes mellitus, dále podrobněji problematice syndromu diabetické nohy a z největší části primární prevenci a edukaci pacientů. Průzkumná část je zaměřena na míru informovanosti, znalosti a schopnosti všeobecných sester v oblasti primární prevence a edukace diabetiků. Průzkum proběhl pomocí dotazníkové metody. Výsledky dotazníků jsou pro přehlednost vyhodnoceny v tabulkách a grafech, následně byly vyhodnoceny stanovené cíle. Theme of degree paper is ?The role of nurse in primary education in patiens with diabetic foot syndrome?. Diabetes mellitus have become disease of civilization and is a major health problem not only for the patient, but also for society as a whole. The diabetes mellitus and daibetes complications are talking day by day, why would anyone who works in health center should known some basic information about this topic. The degree paper is focused on describing the complex problems of the diabetic foot syndrome with help of literature, as well as a description of the questionnaire suvey and clear presentation of the survey results. The theoretical part, which is an introduction to the problems of diabetic foot syndrom is devoted to diabetes mellitus in more details the problems of diabetic foot and the biggest part is the degree paper focused on primary prevention and patient education. The reasearching pa t is focused on the degree of awarness, knowledges and skills of nurses in primary prevention and educations of diabetics. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire method.
