V obecné části popisuji anatomii bérce, zlomeniny kostí nejprve obecně a poté konkrétně v oblasti bérce. Věnuji se zde také popisu různých typů osteosyntéz a klasifikací zlomenin ve zmíněné oblasti. Následuje speciální část s popisem komplexní fyzioterapeutické péče, konceptů a metod, které se využívají po zlomeninách v této oblasti. Hlavní část poté obsahuje kazuistiku, popis mé práce s pacientem a sestavení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis is focused on the crural fractures. In introduction is described anatomy of crus, general view on the bone fractures and subsequently the fractures of crural area. In this work are also described various types of the osteosyntheses and the classification of crural fractures. In second part of work is aimed to description of the complex physiotherapeutic care, it´s concepts and methods used in post treatment care in the crural area. The main part of work contains casuistry, description of work with patient and framing of short-term and long-term therapeutic plan.
