Použita je především Fourierova transformace avšak uvedena je i Hartleyova transformace. Dále zde představujeme open source program ImageJ, pomocí kterého jsme prováděli většinu operací s obrazy, včetně použitých transformací. Získané výsledky jsou srovnány s výsledky, které poskytují klasické metody analýzy obrazu založené na teorii matematické morfologie. This diploma thesis focuses on searching for the new methods of the image analysis based on the integral transforms and testing of this methods on pictures of the thin film structures, which have been prepared using of the hard-disk model and a simplified model for the growth of the thin film. The Fourier transform is used for study, but there are also the advantages of the Hartley transform presented. The open source image processing application ImageJ is shortly described and its use for image processing and analysis including the Fourier transform is demonstrated.
