V práci jsou představeny finanční instrumenty od samého počátku vzniku peněz přes platební styk až k finančním trhům. Detailně jsou popsány různé druhy cenných papírů, které jsou v praktické části představeny současně s mezinárodním clearingovým centrem. Důraz je kladen na oddělení "nových emisí", které zpracovává vstup obchodovaných finančních instrumentů a je zodpovědné za jejich správnost a kvalitu. Práce je aplikována na společnost Clearstream Operations Prague, s.r.o., která funguje jako mezinárodní clearingové centrum. V závěru praktické části se zabývám problémy, které mohou v mezinárodním clearingovém centru při zpracování cenných papírů nastat, jejich řešením a vlastními návrhy pro jejich eliminaci či zmírnění.. -- Abstract: This Bachelor thesis is called "The Clearing Centre, financial markets, legal tender and their complex analysis", it focuses on the functioning and activities of an international clearing centre. This work introduces financial instruments from the very beginning of origination of money through systems of payments to financial markets. The various types of securities are described in detail which are in the practical part presented together with the international clearing centre. Emphasis is placed on the "new issues" department which handles the input of traded financial instruments and is responsible for their accuracy and quality. This thesis is applied to the company called Clearstream Operations Prague, s.r.o., which operates as an international clearing centre. At the end of the practical part, I deal with possible problems that may occur in the international clearing centre while processing the new securities, their solutions and my own suggestions for their elimination or at least their reduction.
