Oponent Tomáš Okurka Abstract Cílem práce je zjištění, do jaké míry se historická krajina Poděbradska odráží v místních pověstech, tedy zdali vyprávěná krajina odráží více krajinu minulou nebo spíše tu současnou. Dílčím cílem je pak rekonstrukční mapa zachycující vyprávěnou krajinu, vytvořená na základě nashromážděných dat. Nechybí ani hloubková analýza nasbíraných pověstí, která nám umožňuje zjistit například, jaké krajinné prvky v místních pověstech převažují. Pomocí komparace zjištěných údajů a následné kritiky skrze odbornou literaturu je v práci popsán uměle vytvořený okres Poděbradsko jak v dobách minulých, tak současných. Prostřednictvím nashromážděných pověstí v práci ukazuji, čeho si lidé v minulých dobách všímali, jakým krajinným prvkům věnovali pozornost, a v neposlední řadě, jak se popis těchto objektů shoduje s historickými a dnešními mapami. Diplomovou prací bych mimo jiné ráda přispěla k hlubšímu poznání tohoto konkrétního regionu. The aim of thesis is to determine to what extent the historical landscape of Poděbrady is reflected in local legends-specifically, whether these narratives depict the past landscape or the present one more accurately. A secondary objective is the creation of reconstruction maps that visualize the narrated landscape based on the collected data. Additionally, the thesis includes an in-depth analysis of the gathered tales, allowing us to identify, for example, which landscape features are most commonly mentioned in local stories. By comparing the collected data with specialist literature and conducting a critical analysis, the thesis describes the artificially defined district of Poděbrady in both historical and contemporary contexts. Through the examination of these legends, I illustrate what aspects of the landscape people in the past noticed, which features they emphasized, and, importantly, how these descriptions align with historical and modern maps.
