Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním stavu uplatňování alternativních postupů a sankcí v okrese Jablonec nad Nisou. Je zaměřena na odhalení nedostatků při ukládání a realizaci alternativních trestů v okrese Jablonec nad Nisou, které mají negativní dopad na efektivitu ukládání a především výkonu alternativních trestů v praxi, a to zejména z pohledu sociální práce, ale i pohledu práce soudu. Zabývá se i dopadem, jaký zjištěné skutečnosti mají na pachatele trestného činu. Tím je vymezeno, že se práce podrobněji zabývá jen takovými alternativními tresty a postupy, které ke své realizaci vyžadují činnost Probační a mediační služby za účelem výchovného působení na pachatele trestného činu. This diploma thesis is focused on the determination of situation in exercitation of alternative procedures and sanctions in department Jablonec nad Nisou. It is concentrated on the detection of imperfections in imposing and realization of alternative punishments in department Jablonec nad Nisou, which have negative impact on the efficiency in exercitation and especially in the execution of alternative punishments in practice, in particular from the point of view of social and court work. The thesis describes also the impact of recognized facts on perpetrator of criminal act. This determinates that the thesis considers more in detail only such alternative punishments and procedures that need the activity of a Probe and Mediation service for its realization, for purpose of educational influence on perpetrator of criminal act.
