Úroveň motorické výkonnosti profesionálních a dobrovolných hasičů v okrese Teplice / Michaela Erbenová. -- 2020. -- 78 listů : ilustrace, grafy, schémata. -- Oponent Oto Louka. -- Vedoucí práce Jan Hnízdil. -- Abstract: Cílem práce je přispět k řešení problematiky výkonnosti výjezdových hasičů Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, dále jen HZS ČR a výjezdových hasičů jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů, dále jen JSDH prostřednictvím detekce rozdílů výkonů výše uvedených skupin pomocí vybraných testů z testové baterie UNIFITTEST 6-60. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje dva soubory. První souborem jsou profesionální hasiči, zde jsou popsány kritéria pro přijetí do služebního poměru, fyzické testy a služební povinnosti příslušníka. U dobrovolných hasičů jsme popsali rozdíly mezi sborem dobrovolných hasičů a výjezdovou jednotkou. Nakonec jsme popsali požární sport a jiné "hasičské" sporty. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé testy, které hasiči absolvovali a následné zpracování výsledků do grafů. Obě testované skupiny jsme porovnali mezi sebou, dále podle směrnic Hasičského záchranného sboru pro testování fyzické zdatnosti. Výsledky nám ukázaly, že profesionální hasiči jsou nad úrovní dobrovolných hasičů. Rozdíly mezi jednotlivými testy nejsou významné, tudíž můžeme říct, že i dobrovolní hasiči jsou na velmi dobré fyzické úrovni. Výsledky testů jsou popsány v diskuzi práce.. -- Abstract: The goal of this thesis is to contribute to solving the matters of performance of firemen from Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic (FRS CR) and firemen from Association of Voluntary Firemen (AVF) through the detection of differences in performance of above-mentioned groups with the use of selected tests from a battery of tests UNIFITTEST 6-60. The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis describes two groups. The first group is of professional firemen, here are described the criteria for recruitment, physical tests and duties of a member. Lastly, we described the fire sport and other 'firemen' sports. In the practical part, individual tests which the firemen undertook are described, and the results are put into graphs. We compared the groups with each other and then with the guidelines of Fire Rescue Service for the testing of physical capabilities. The results have shown that professional firemen are above voluntary firemen's level. The differences between individual tests were not significant, therefore we can say that voluntary firemen have very good physical capabilities as well. The results are described in discussion.
