Nemocní s touto arytmií se na odděleních intenzivní péče vyskytují velice často a je zcela zřejmé, že pacientů s tímto onemocněním přibývá. Jedná se tak o celospolečenský problém a je potřebné zajímat se o jeho existenci, léčbu, ale také o prevenci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. V teoretické části této práce je popsáno, co je fibrilace síní, její příčiny a rizikové faktory, ale také léčba a možné komplikace této arytmie. Praktická část se zabývá ošetřovatelskou kazuistikou u pacientů se stejnou arytmií, ale s rozdílnou léčbou. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda a jakým způsobem odlišná léčba ovlivňuje kvalitu života pacientů s fibrilací síní, a zaznamenat rozdíly v ošetřovatelské péči. U obou pacientů byla diagnostikována fibrilace síní a byla u nich zvolená různá metoda léčby, a proto je zajímavé zjišťovat, jestli a jakým způsobem ovlivňuje tato odlišnost kvalitu života každého z nich. Rozhodla jsem se porovnat rozdíly v ošetřovatelské péči u dvou pacientů se stejnou arytmií, ale s jinou léčbou. V obou ošetřovatelských kazuistikách byl zvolený model Marjory Gordonové, protože je dobře aplikovatelný v ošetřovatelském procesu u nemocných s tímto onemocněním. V rámci bakalářské práce jsou stanoveny následující otázky. Otázka č. 1: Jsou v ošetřovatelské péči u pacientů s FiS s odlišnou metodou léčby znatelné rozdíly? Tato otázka byla zodpovězena negativně. Otázka č. 2: Ovlivňuje způsob léčby fibrilace síní kvalitu života vybraných respondentů? Tato otázka byla zodpovězena kladně. Součástí bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření návrhu ošetřovatelského postupu, který by bylo možné aplikovat při přijetí pacientů s touto arytmií, a mohl by sloužit zdravotnickému personálu ke správnému postupu pří přijetí pacienta s FiS. Téma mé práce jsem si zvolila proto, že se tato arytmie na oddělení jednotky intenzivní péče interního oddělení vyskytuje stále častěji a také z důvodu, že jeden z pacientů patří mezi mé příbuzné. Bylo snazší získat více podrobnějších informací a čerpat z rozhovorů v průběhu hospitalizace, ale také z běžného života.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis focuses on taking care of a patient suffering from atrial fibrillation. Patients with this arrhythmia are often found in the intensive care department and it is evident, that the number of those patients is increasing. This is considered an all-society problem that needs attention spanning from its existence to its treatment, but also its prevention. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of this thesis is described, what is atrial fibrillation, its causes and risk factors, but also the treatment and possible complications of this arrhythmia. The practical part focuses on nursing casuistry of patients with the same arrhythmia but with different treatment approach. The aim of this work was to discover which treatment approach affects the quality of life of the patients with atrial fibrillation and in which way, if any, and to record the differences in nursing care. Both patients were diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and both were given different type of treatment, and thus, it is interesting to discover in which way those approaches affect the quality of life of each of the patients. There was an opportunity to compare differences in nursing care of two patients with the same arrhythmia but with different treatment. In both of the nursing casuistries, the Marjory Gordon's model was applied, because of its easy application in the nursing process of patients with this illness. Within this bachelor thesis, following questions are stated. Question N° 1: Are there noticeable differences in the nursing care of patients with atrial fibrillation that received different treatment approach? This question has been rejected. Question N° 2: Does the type of treatment of the chosen respondents with atrial fibrillation affects the quality of their life? This answer has been accepted. A part of the bachelor thesis was also creating a draft of nursing procedure, which would be possible to apply when accepting patients with this arrhythmia, and could be used by medical staff for the right patient acceptance procedure when accepting patient with atrial fibrillation. I chose the topic of this bachelor thesis, because this arrhythmia occurs more and more often on the internal intensive care department and also because one of the patients is my relative. It was easier to gather together more detailed information and draw from interviews during hospitalization, but also from everyday life.
