Oponent Tereza Šulanová Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou obsahu příspěvků na sociálních sítích Facebook a Instagram pro firmu Zahrada Svádov. Cílem je zjistit, jaký typ příspěvků a v jakém čase nejlépe osloví stávající i potenciální zákazníky. K získání dat bylo využito dotazníkové šetření, jehož výsledky byly analyzovány pomocí neparametrických statistických testů. Součástí práce je také analýza konkurence, SWOT analýza a návrhy na zlepšení obsahu. Výsledky slouží jako doporučení pro efektivnější komunikaci firmy na sociálních sítích a mohou inspirovat i jiné podniky v oblasti digitálního marketingu. This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of content for posts on the social networks Facebook and Instagram for the company Zahrada Svádov. The aim is to find out what type of posts and at what time will best reach existing and potential customers. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data, the results of which were analysed using non-parametric statistical tests. The work also includes a competitor analysis, SWOT analysis and suggestions for improving the content. The results serve as recommendations for more effective communication of the company on social media and can inspire other businesses in the field of digital marketing. Another responsib.
