V teoretické části najdeme základní rozdělení motorických schopností s důrazem na rychlostní schopnosti. Práce se dále věnuje limitujícím faktorům a metodám potřebným k rozvoji rychlostních schopností. Metodická část je zaměřena na využití poznatků z teoretické části a na testování rychlostních schopností v experimentální a kontrolní skupině. Nalezneme zde celkový průběh přípravy experimentální skupiny, včetně kompletního tréninkového plánu a tabulky výsledného měření. The Bachelor Thesis deals with the issue of development speed abilities of young juniors in the athletic club AK Bílina. In the theoretical part you can find the basic division of motor abilities with emphasis on speed abilities. The thesis also deals with the limiting factors and methods required for speed abilities development. The methodical part is focused on the use of knowledge from the theoretical part and on testing speed abilities of the experimental and control group.
