V první části práce jsou popsány metody výzkumu a vědní disciplíny, které se tímto tématem zabývají. Dále pokračují možnosti vymezení polohy, popis přírodního, historického, demografického a socioekonomického potenciálu, regionální instituce a symboly. Další kapitolou je popis jednotlivých obcí oblasti, jejich historický potenciál, občanská vybavenost a zajímavosti obcí. Následují výsledky dotazníkového šetření a zhodnocení míry regionální identity na Podřipsku. A nakonec práce je regionální identita Podřipska srovnána s regionálními identitami dalších oblastí Ústeckého kraje. The goal of work is research of regional identity in Podřipsko region via questionnaire. In the first part there are methods of reserch and scientific disciplines that deal with this issue. Following are possibility of defining this location, description natural, historical, demographic and socio-economic potential, regional institution and symbols. In the next part, there is description of each municipality area, its historical potential, the civic amenities and attractions in municipalities. Following are results of the survey and evaluation of regional identity of Podřipsko.
