Firma se zabývá realizací a navrhováním celých interiérů. V první části práce byly charakterizovány pojmy související se zakázkovou výrobou. V rámci druhé části práce byl uveden způsob získávání zakázek, průběh komunikace se zákazníkem, systém pořizování zásob, struktura a fungování skladů a evidence zásob. K vyvození závěrů byly použity různé metody a podklady poskytnuté od firmy IPD Děčín. V závěru práce byly uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení procesu objednávání. Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the current system of the stock procurement in the company Interiors - Floors Decin (IFD). The company occupy with designing and implementation of the entire interior. In the first part of this work were characterized the terms which are related to the custom manufacturing. The second part shows the method of obtaining contracts, the process of communication with customers, the system supplying, the structure and operation of warehouses and inventory. To deduce the conclusions were used different methods and documentation provided by the company IFD Decin. In the end of the work were introduced suggestions for improving the ordering process.
