Trh práce v okrese Kolín / Nikola Sýkorová. -- 2021. -- 70 stran : grafy. -- Vedoucí práce Šárka Palcrová. -- Oponent Jan Holub. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trhu práce v okrese Kolín, s hlavním cílem zjistit, co vede aktivní obyvatelstvo k menší míře zaměstnanosti ve srovnání s jinými regiony, a také jaká jsou specifika trhu práce v okrese Kolín. Práce zahrnuje úvod do teoretické části oblasti trhu práce a s tím související vysvětlení základních pojmů, a následně pak i socioekonomickou analýzu v rámci okresu Kolín. Získaná data jsou analyzována a srovnávána s těmi ze Středočeského kraje a údaji za celou Českou republiku. Podstatná část bakalářské práce se věnuje trhu práce z hlediska zaměstnanosti i největších firem v okrese, a dále pak struktuře nezaměstnanosti, kde je provedeno srovnání se dvěma sousedními okresy. Především se zabývá oblastí zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti. Socioekonomická analýza a trh práce jsou porovnány se Středočeským krajem a Českou republikou. Součástí bakalářské práce je vytvoření dotazníkového šetření, které se zabývá reálnými příčinami nezaměstnanosti a obecnými otázkami souvisejícími s touto oblastí.. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the labour market in the district of Kolín with the main goal to find out what leads the active population to lower activity to be employed, compared with other regions and also how are the specifices of the labour market in the district. The thesis includes an introduction to the theoretical part of the labor market and the team's related explanation of basic concepts. Then the work deals with socio-economic analysis in the district of Kolín. Where data are analyzed and compared with the Central Bohemian Region and the Czech Republic. A substantial part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the labour market in terms of employment and the largest companies in the district and the position in the structure of unemployment, where it is compared in two neighbouring districts. It focuses mainly on employment and unemployment. Socio-economic analysis and the labour market are compared with the Central Bohemian Region and the Czech Republic. Part of the bachelor's thesis was the creation of a questionnaire survey that will deal the current cause of unemployment and general questions.
