Oponent Martin Kováč Abstrakt Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění výskytu reziduí pesticidů v zahrádkářských oblastech v ovoci, zelenině (rajče, třešeň, jahoda, jablko) a zemině v jejich okolí. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá pesticidy obecně. Je zde zahrnuta jejich definice, rozdělení podle chemické struktury a mechanismu účinku, dále je zde popsaná metoda QuEChERS a výskyt reziduí pesticidů v ČR a EU. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá provedením stanovení reziduí pesticidů v ovoci, zelenině a zemině z jednotlivých oblastí v Ústeckém kraji (Lovosice, Skalice, Ústí nad Labem). Pro extrakci vzorků byla použita extrakční metoda QuEChERS spolu s třepáním. Dále byla provedena analýza těchto látek pomocí GC-MS/MS a LC-MS/MS, vyhodnocení získaných výsledků a jejich porovnání. Mezi nalezené pesticidy v ovoci patřil azoxystrobin s obsahem v rozmezí 0,22 - 0,40 ?g/kg, který se vyskytoval ve všech oblastech. V zelenině byl nalezen pouze fungicid imazalil o obsahu 0,66 ?g/kg v Ústí nad Labem. V zemině byl ve všech oblastech nalezen pesticid chlorpyrifos o obsahu 0,26 - 0,28 ?g/kg a DDE o obsahu 0,01 - 0,31 ?g/kg. V Lovosicích byly nalezeny až 7 krát vyšší obsahy pesticidů než v oblastech Ústí nad Labem a Skalice. Nalezené pesticidy souvisely s umístěním zahrad ve vztahu k jejich okolí a možným zdrojům znečištění. Tyto nálezy navíc korespondují s výskytem pesticidů v ovoci, zelenině a zemině v různých oblastech v ČR, tak i v Evropě. The bachelor thesis is focused on determining the occurrence of pesticide residues in allotments in fruits, vegetables (tomato, cherry, strawberry, apple) and soil in their vicinity. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with pesticides in general. That includes their definition, division according to chemical structure and mechanism of action, the QuEChERS method and the occurrence of pesticide residues in the Czech Republic and the EU. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the determination of pesticide residues in fruits, vegetables and soil from individual areas in the Ústí nad Labem region (Lovosice, Skalice, Ústí nad Labem). The QuEChERS extraction method was used to extract the samples together with shaking. The analysis of these substances was performed by GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS and the obtained results were evaluated and compared. Among the pesticides found in the fruit, azoxystrobin was present in all areas with a content in the range of 0,22 - 0,40 ?g/kg. Only the fungicide imazalil with a content of 0,66 ?g/kg was found in vegetables in Ústí nad Labem. The pesticide chlorpyrifos with a content of 0,26 - 0,28 ?g/kg and DDE with a content of 0,01 - 0,31 ?g/kg were found in the soil in all areas. Up to 7 times higher pesticide contents were found in Lovosice than in the Ústí nad Labem and Skalice areas. The pesticides found were related to the location of the gardens in relation to their surroundings and possible sources of pollution. In addition, these findings correspond to the occurrence of pesticides in fruits, vegetables and soil in various areas in the Czech Republic and in Europe.
