Ergoterapie u pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou / Johana Černá. -- 2018. -- 72 listů, 10 nečíslovaných listů příloh : grafy. -- Vedoucí práce Jiří Votava. -- Oponent Kristýna Jedličková. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce je tvořena ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou onemocnění, je zde uvedena definice onemocnění, epidemiologie, etiologie, patogeneze, klinický obraz, diagnostika, průběh s prognózou a terapie. Dále se práce zaměřuje na ergoterapii u revmatoidní artritidy, je uvedena definice a cíle ergoterapie, včetně druhů ergoterapeutické intervence. Část práce se věnuje ergoterapeutickému procesu, konkrétně hodnocení v ergoterapii, které bylo následně využito v praktické části práce. Praktická část se zakládá na příkladu dvou pacientek Revmatologického ústavu v Praze, u kterých byla revmatoidní artritida diagnostikovaná. U každé z nich bylo provedeno vstupní ergoterapeutické vyšetření, následně byl stanoven krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán a popsán průběh ergoterapie. Po provedení výstupního ergoterapeutického vyšetření byl stanoven také dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. Závěrem byly shrnuty výsledky terapie u obou pacientek.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the disease. The definition of disease, epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnosis, progress with prognosis and therapy are all mentioned as well. Further, the thesis focuses on OT in rheumatoid arthritis and the definition and goals of OT, including the types of OT interventions. Part of the work is devoted to the OT process, namely the OT assessment, which was subsequently used in the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part is based on the example of two patients of the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague who were diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. For each of them an initial OT examination was carried out, a short-term OT plan was established and the course of this therapy was described. After the outcome OT, a long-term OT plan was also established. In conclusion, the results of therapy were summarized in both patients.
