V teoretické části je téma zpracováno z pohledu české i zahraniční odborné literatury se zaměřením na depresivní a úzkostné poruchy, jejich vliv na život nemocného, sociální rehabilitaci a ergoterapii u klientů s těmito onemocněními. V praktické části jsou poznatky z části teoretické ověřovány případovou studií. Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je formulovat význam zapojení ergoterapeutických přístupů do procesu sociální rehabilitace klientů s duševním onemocněním a jejich praktické ověření v rámci případové studie. Metodika: V bakalářské práci byl využit kvalitativní výzkum formou kazuistiky. Bylo provedeno ergoterapeutické hodnocení, které zahrnovalo odběr anamnézy, vyšetření fatických a gnostických funkcí, vyšetření aktivit všedního dne a kineziologický rozbor. Dále bylo provedeno testování standardizovanými testy a dotazníky (Adenbrookský kognitivní test, Hodnocení kvality života související se zdravím a Kanadské hodnocení výkonu zaměstnávání). Bylo využito též rozhovoru a pozorování. Krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán byl realizován během 12 intervencí, z nichž čtyři byly skupinové s využitím metody Feuersteinova instrumentálního obohacování. Osm individuálních intervencí probíhalo v přírodě a byly zaměřeny zejména na rovnováhu aktivit a management nemoci. Výsledky: Byly vyhodnoceny a porovnány výsledky vstupního a výstupního ergoterapeutického hodnocení, které prokázaly účinnost ergoterapeutických intervencí. Závěr: Cíl a úkoly práce byly splněny.. -- Abstrakt: Introduction: The bachelor's thesis discusses the role of occupational therapy in the social rehabilitation of clients with mental illness. In the theoretical part, the topic is elaborated from the point of view of Czech and foreign professional literature with a focus on depressive and anxiety disorders, their influence on the patient's life, social rehabilitation and occupational therapy for clients with these diseases. In the practical part, knowledge from the theoretical part is verified by a case study. Objective of the thesis: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to formulate the importance of the involvement of occupational therapy approaches in the process of social rehabilitation of clients with mental illness and their practical verification within the framework of a case study. Methodology: Qualitative research in the form of a case study was used in the bachelor thesis. After performing an occupational therapy assessment, which included taking an anamnesis, examination of phatic and gnostic functions, examination of activities of daily living and kinesiological analysis. Furthermore, testing was carried out with standardized tests and questionnaires (Addenbrooke's Cognitive Test, Assessment of Quality of Life and Canadian Occupational Performance Measure). Interviews and observations were also used. The short-term occupational therapy plan was implemented during 12 interventions, four of which were group-based using Feuerstein's instrumental enrichment method. Eight individual interventions took place in nature and were focused mainly on the occupational balance and disease management. Results: The results of the initial and final occupational therapy evaluations, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the occupational therapy interventions, were evaluated and compared. Conclusion: The objective and tasks of the thesis have been fulfilled.
