Fenomén "Šumperák" a manuál dobrého bydlení v něm / Kristýna Wenzlová. -- 2024. -- 65 listů : ilustrace (převážně barevné). -- Vedoucí práce Kateřina Bartošová. -- Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, jak zrekonstruovat interiér rodinných domů typu šumperák, aniž by bylo výrazně ublíženo charakteru stavby. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření několika variant dispozic a vizuálních stylů, které by oslovily potenciální uživatele. Zároveň by měl výsledek práce přispět k lepšímu porozumění hodnoty tohoto domu, která by neměla být snižována nerespektující rekonstrukcí. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historií tohoto typu stavby, jejím kontextem a současným ohlasem v médiích. Praktická část popisuje proces tvorby nových návrhů dispozic a jejich doprovodných vizuálních stylů. Výsledkem práce jsou tři varianty půdorysných řešení a tři vizuální estetiky, které přináší nový pohled na bydlení v domech tohoto typu.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor's thesis deals with the question of how to reconstruct the interior of "šumperák" type houses without significantly damaging the character of the building. The aim of the thesis was to create several variations of layouts and visual styles that would appeal to potential users. At the same time, the outcome of the work should contribute to a better understanding of the value of this house, which should not be diminished by disrespectful renovation. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the history of this type of building, its context and its current response in the media. The practical part describes the process of creating new layout designs and their accompanying visual styles. The thesis results in three variations of floor plans and three visual aesthetics that bring a new perspective to living in houses of this type.
