Projevy agrese žáků vůči pedagogům ve školním prostředí / Lucie Jasanská. -- 2018. -- 65 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Zdeněk Svoboda. -- Oponent Jan Tirpák. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce bude tematicky orientována na problematiku výskytu projevů agrese namířené vůči pedagogickým pracovníkům ze strany žáků. V rámci teoretické části budou zpracována témata související s problematikou normality a deviace v oblasti lidského chování, agresivity a agrese, či projevů agrese ve školním prostředí, a to se zvláštním zřetelem na problematiku agrese vůči pedagogům a na příčiny tohoto jevu. V neposlední řadě bude věnována pozornost rovněž problematice prevence výše uvedeného typu rizikového chování u žáků. Praktická část bude orientována na prezentaci pojetí a výsledků výzkumného šetření zacíleného na zjištění možných příčin agrese a na analýzu zkušeností pedagogů s projevy agrese žáků namířené vůči pedagogům a jejich pohledu na možnosti řešení a prevence tohoto závažného jevu. Dominantní výzkumnou metodou bude polostrukturovaný rozhovor, jehož respondenty budou zejména pedagogové druhého stupně základních škol. Výstupem práce budou konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi v oblasti prevence a řešení zkoumaného jevu.. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor's thesis shall focus on the issue of pupils' aggressive behaviour towards teaching staff and its incidence. The theoretical part of the thesis includes issues concerning normality and deviation in human behaviour, aggressiveness and aggression, as well as aggressive behaviour at school, with a special emphasis on aggression towards teaching staff and the causes of this phenomenon. Importantly, a major focus shall be placed on the prevention of this risky behaviour in pupils. The research part of the thesis presents the approach taken to the survey research and its results. The survey research aims to discover possible causes of aggression and to analyse teaching staff's experience with pupils' aggressive behaviour towards them and their views on solutions and prevention of this serious phenomenon. The major research method shall be semi-structured interviews with pedagogic staff teaching especially at secondary schools. The output of the thesis will include specific findings and practical recommendations in terms of prevention and solutions to the phenomenon examined.
